InfoPath Forms - Microsoft's Forms Designer

InfoPath 2007 InfoPath is Microsoft's Forms Designer, and is now part of Microsoft Office. 

Forms are created like any other Microsoft 'document' using all the menus and tool bars you are familiar with, and more.

If you know how to use Word, Excel or PowerPoint you will soon be creating professional effective forms with InfoPath.
